If you have never tried a massage chair, you really need to. I was skeptical of massager chairs until recently. You can use harder pressure or softer pressure, faster or slower massages, and even change the height that the different massage rollers are set at. All in all, it is a great experience and one worth trying for yourself.
Of course, a massage chair can not give you all the advantages of massage therapy. It cannot target and work out individual kinks in your back, and has no way of knowing what tensions you are holding and where they are. There is still nothing that beats lying on a massage table and getting worked over from head to toe. Still, when you are on the go, when you do not have a regular schedule with time for massage appointments, or if you don’t want to spend money to hire a masseuse, A massage chair can be just what the doctor ordered. No matter how you feel when you sit down, you’ll feel that much better when you get up again.
